Summary of Specifications:
The City of Sterling Heights, Michigan is accepting sealed bids for a Fair Housing Study and Analysis of Impediments. As a participant in the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant Program, the City of Sterling Heights is required to submit a certification that it will affirmatively further fair housing. In order to accomplish this, it is necessary to obtain pricing for a Fair Housing Study and Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing. The report must be completed and submitted to the City of Sterling Heights, in triplicate, within 90 days of bid award in order to be submitted to HUD.
