Summary of Specifications:
The City of Sterling Heights is seeking sealed bids for the installation of four (4) dugout shelters, player benches, concrete work, and dugout shelter fencing at L. W. Baumgartner Park. The City will provide the dugout shelters and player benches; the contractor shall provide all necessary concrete and fencing. L. W. Baumgartner Park is located at 12850 15 Mile Road, Sterling Heights, MI 48312 (west of Schoenherr Road). A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at the park on Thursday, February 2, 2012 at 10 a.m. Complete Bid Specifications & Bid Forms will be available on this site before the Pre-Bid Meeting.
