Summary of Specifications:
The City of Sterling Heights is seeking sealed proposals for Legal Services - Labor Attorney until Monday, March 29, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. from firms licensed to provide legal services in the State of Michigan. The firm will work closely with the Human Resources Director, providing services to the Mayor and City Council, City Manager, department directors, and management staff in areas including, but not limited to: Labor negotiations with the City's 12 collective bargaining units; Public Act 312 arbitration; Mediation and fact finding services; Unfair labor practice charges; Labor and employment legal counsel.
