ITB-SH12-010 - MAINTENANCE OF IRRIGATION AND PARK RESTROOM WATER SYSTEMS

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Sterling Heights, Michigan is accepting sealed bids for Maintenance of Irrigation and Park Restroom Water Systems until Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at 2:30 p.m. in the Office of the City Clerk, 40555 Utica Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48313. It will be the responsibility of the selected contractor to start up, maintain as necessary when requested by the City, and winterize the irrigation systems at the various locations within the City. See the attached specifications and list of locations and number of zones. This service will begin with the initial start-up and maintenance from April 2012 through September 30, 2012. Thereafter, the contractor will be responsible for winterization and start-up from October 1, 2012 through September 30, 2014.
