ITB-SH23-CP23-412 - Maple Lane Drive Improvements, City Project #23-412

The City of Sterling Heights, Macomb County, Michigan, will receive sealed bids until Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at 2:30 p.m. for the subject project, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud, via teleconference.

The scope of the project includes the removal of the existing HMA and replacement with new HMA pavement; removal and replacement of select curb sections as necessary, reconstruction of existing
drainage structures, storm sewer, drive approaches, sidewalks and ramps, as necessary.The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary and incidental to complete the work as set forth and itemized in the proposal.

​A bid bond payable to the City of Sterling Heights, Macomb County, Michigan, in amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid.

The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance, labor and material, and maintenance and guarantee bonds.
