Summary of Specifications:
The undersigned hereby declares that he has carefully examined the instructions and specifications and will furnish new uniforms for police officers, dispatch and animal control for the unit prices set forth in this bid. It is understood and agreed that all bids are F.O.B. Destination, that all bid prices shall remain in effect for at least ninety (90) days from the date of bid opening to allow for the award of the bid and that if chosen the successful vendor, the prices bid will remain firm for a two (2) year period from the date of award of the bid.
