Summary of Specifications:
The City of Sterling Heights is accepting sealed bids for various types of paper and unprinted envelopes. Bid pricing must be FOB Destination and firm for a one year period. Your bid will be rejected if pricing is not firm for one year. However, prices may be subject to revision if evidence of general industry changes are submitted. Revisions may be either increases or decreases and may be requested by either party. Requests for price changes shall be received in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to their effective date and are subject to written acceptance before becoming effective. Orders shall reflect the current price at the time of delivery.
