RFP-SH06-002 - Printing and Mailing of City Forms

Summary of Specifications:
The intent of this Request for Proposals ("RFP") is to select the services of a professional firm to provide the City of Sterling Heights with printing of property tax bills, water utility bills and assessment notices from an electronically stored format. The selected firm will laser print, fold, insert and mail property tax bills and water utility bills to City residents and businesses. Assessment notices will be folded and sealed prior to mailing. Proposers must be located in the State of Michigan and have experience and equipment available to provide the printing service as requested for this RFP. All proposals must indicate the firm's principal office location and the location closest to City Hall where the printing service will be conducted.
