STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS The Housing Commission of the City of Sterling Heights of Sterling Heights, Macomb County, Michigan is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified companies interested in providing property management services for a 152 unit low-income housing facility and administrative services relating to the Housing Commission’s Section 8 Housing Voucher Program (maximum vouchers--40). Services are more fully described in the “Statement of Qualifications for Property Management Services for Schoenherr Towers and Administrative Services for Section 8 Housing Voucher Program” (SOQ-SHHC-002). FURTHER & COMPLETE SPECIFICATIONS & FORMS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THIS MITN SITE THE WEEK OF OCTOBER 23, 2011. A PRE-SUBMISSION CONFERENCE AND FACILITY TOUR WILL BE HELD ON OCTOBER 27, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. at Schoenherr Towers, 37500 Schoenherr Road, Sterling Heights, Michigan 48312.
