ITB-SH07-044 - Purchase/Deliver/Install Two Steel Buildings at Fire Stations

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Sterling Heights is seeking bids for a contractor to prepare the site work, listed on Attachment "A", for Fire Station #2 located at 12825 19 Mile Road as well as purchase, deliver, construct and secure temporary installation of two (2) S-series (galvanized steel) buildings for Fire Stations #2 and #4. These buildings will house fire trucks during renovations at Station #2, 12825 Nineteen Mile Road and Station #4. Station #4, which is currently located at 12850 Fifteen Mile Road, will be temporarily relocated to the Warren Consolidated Schools Career Prep Center, 12200 15 Mile Road, Sterling Heights, MI 48312 during renovations. No site work is necessary for Station #4. Only the purchase, delivery, construction and securing of the temporary building is included. 

The bid should be based on furnishing all materials and the complete construction of these buildings including site work preparation at Station #2. Bidders must submit to-scale schematic diagrams of the proposed buildings.
