Summary of Specifications:
The City of Sterling Heights is seeking sealed bids for the purchase and installation of three (3) Emergency Backup Generators with Automatic Transfer Switches and all associated controls with all accessories as shown on the plans and as specified. The City is in the process of renovating three (3) of its five (5) fire stations beginning in April 2008, Stations #2, #3, and #4 (see the attached plans). These generators are to be utilized in each of the three (3) renovated fire stations. Contractors are requested to submit specification sheets and/or brochures pertaining to the equipment they are bidding.
