Summary of Specifications:
The City of Sterling Heights is accepting sealed bids for Van Dyke Mile Road Icons, City Project #15-274. The work includes final design and installation of mile marker icon signs along Van Dyke Road at 15 Mile Road, Metropolitan Parkway, 17 Mile Road and 18 Mile Road in the City of Sterling Heights. Included in the improvements are final design, review/acceptance of foundation, complete Icon fabrication and installation including electrical, as shown in the plans and specifications. Conceptual design development is included in the plans and specifications. Printed copies of Plans and Specifications and Proposal Forms shall be available on or after November 2, 2015 at the offices of Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc., Consulting Engineers, 555 Hulet Drive, Bloomfield Hills, Michigan 48302 0360. A non-refundable payment of Forty-Seven ($47.00) Dollars, CHECK ONLY, payable to “Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc.” will be required for each set of Drawings and Specifications. Drawings and Specifications can be shipped by U.P.S. ground for a shipping and handling charge of Fifteen ($15.00) Dollars, CHECK ONLY, non-refundable, to Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc.
