ITB-SH12-018 - Water Service Installations and Repairs

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Sterling Heights, Michigan is accepting sealed bids for Water Service Installations and Repairs until Thursday, June 7, 2012 at 2:30 p.m. in the Office of the City Clerk. It is the City's intention to award this contract to a primary and secondary contractor. This is being done due to the increased number of water main breaks the City has experienced, which is a trend we anticipate will continue. The secondary contractor would only be utilized in the event that the primary contractor cannot respond in a timely manner because they are currently working on other water main breaks for the City.
