Kennel Quantity and Description – Basis of Design
Quantities -

1. Large Canine Kennel Rooms (each): (16) 4’x7’, (4) 5’x7’
2. Canine Quarantine Room: (6) 4’x5’
3. Puppy Room: (11) total ( (3) 5’x5’ / (4 double stack) 4’x4’)
4. Canine Intake Room: (3) 4’x5’
5. Canine Holding Room: (4) 4’x5’
6. Canine Recovery Room: (4) 4’x5’
7. Canine Isolation Room: (2) 4’x5’
8. Feline Room: Cat Condos / 11 (4) unit condos / 1 (2) unit condo
9. Exam tables: (2) Shor-Line Wall-Mounted 22” x 44” Exam Tables. 

1. Stainless steel frame and gate components.
2. FRP wall panels (offered in an array of standard color selections).
3. Stainless steel divider gate to allow an animal to use two kennels when needed. Gate is controlled outside of the kennel.
4. Steel gates, wall panels, and toppers are of a welded steel mesh design (vertical and horizontal bar configuration).
5. Kennel walls are sealed tight to the floor to stop transfer of debris from one kennel to another.
6. Kennel height is 6’-4”.

1. The quantity of kennels will remain as shown on the plans.
2. The kennel separation panels will consist of a 4’-0” high solid FRP panel at the bottom and stainless-steel welded wire mesh above.
3. Divider gates will be added between every other kennel.
4. 25% of the kennels will have a topper. Topper is a stainless-steel welded wire mesh.

1. The 3 kennels along the south wall will be ‘short’. The kennel wall panels will be 4’-0” tall.
2. The 4 kennels on the north wall will be a double-decker design increasing the kennel quantity along that wall to 8.

3. All kennels will have a topper. Topper is a stainless-steel welded wire mesh.

1. Kennel quantity will be modified based on the product selection.
2. The product selected is the Raintree Cat Condo.
3. This product comes as a two-tier 4 cage unit sized at 66” wide x 24” deep x 84” high. The product features are:
   1. Laminate finish available in several colors/woodgrain patterns.
   2. Each cage consists of 2 rooms – one being a litter box compartment.
   3. Door fronts are an open air metal mesh type design.
4. Cage quantity will be 46 individual cat cages/kennels.
