RFP-EW-12-10-2012 - Architectural /Engineering Services: Community Developmen Programs

Summary of Specifications:
City of Taylor is requesting proposals for complete architectural and engineering services from invited architect/engineers to perform work as needed for the various community development programs to include but not limited to NSP, CDBG, and HOME. The greatest amount of time and energy focuses on, but not limited to, the scope of work described below. 

The project generally consists of the design of a 4 unit condominium building, new site plan including civil engineering, for a partially constructed site, site plan review, final design, construction documents and related construction administration of one or two buildings. 

Site Design Architect will be responsible for new site design concept (with new 4 unit buildings) to include civil engineering will be retained directly by the City.
