 Upgrade IP office to latest release and migrate all other building IP office to IP office server edition
o Upgrade CityHall IP office to latest release
o Install Main Virtual Server and Backup Virtual Server on VMWare.
o Migrate all other building IP office licenses to CityHall IP Office.
o Active Directory / LDAP sync option for users.
o Upgrade All IP phones to the latest Release.
o Install New purchased IP phones
o Setup Softphone install network.
o Setup Cell phone client with secure remote access.
 Upgrade / Migrate Contract Center to new Avaya Contact Center
o Migrate to New Contact Center.
o Migrate call recording configuration and current recordings if possible.
o Upgrade Customer Call Reporter to latest release
 Call center configuration should be configured as current workflow.
 Wall Board configuration should be configured as current workflow
 Call Center Agent training after upgrade.
 Call Center current reports (standard reports) needs to be configured
 E911 System setup with Each IP phone location update.
o Implement RedSky E911 for All Desktop Phone for each building
o Setup is for Each Phone DID
o Setup Mobile Location for IP Client.
