RFP-021825-001 - City of Taylor Emergency Towing

The City of Taylor (“City”) invites the submission of proposals for an experienced company to manage all aspects of vehicle towing dispatching, storage, and disposal for the City of Taylor.

The City of Taylor reserves the right to negotiate a final contract with the succesful bidder based upon a combination of factors including but not limited to the following qualifications and pricing proposals stated within the RFP and City policy. The City also reserves the right to not award the contract to the lowest bidder, as well as reserves the right to not award a contract at all based on the results of the procurement process.

The City Council majority will approve the final vendor and terms of the contract. The initial contract term will be 3 years.  The City of Taylor reserves the right to terminate the contract early for contract non-compliance or dissatisfaction with the service provided. The contract will also carry a 3-year renewal option, also to be approved by council.
