The City of Taylor, MI is soliciting proposals in the development of a series of “Virtual City Corridor” videos. The “Virtual City Corridor” videos are expected to be a series of visually stunning aspirational imagery/animations to be used as City of Taylor promotional material for web, print, and screen to convey a corridor’s specific vision of tomorrow . The City desires to find a company capable of providing 3D visualization services which can demonstrate the impact of a proposed design through the integration of 3D models, objects, and landscaping; use of still image renderings; 360 panorama renderings; and animated flyover videos. The visualizations will be used as a guide in evaluating proposed corridor/district improvements as this vision of the future unfolds into reality. The goal of the “Virtual City Corridor” videos is to explore how four corridors (listed below) will develop/redevelop over time to best serve residents/visitors/businesses of Taylor in support of economic development and quality of life. The ‘visualizations’ will focus on four corridors within the City of Taylor: Eureka Road: Telegraph to Allen Telegraph Road: Van Born to Eureka Goddard Road: Telegraph to Allen Van Born Road: Telegraph to Allen Each corridor is unique in terms of land-uses, character, roadway infrastructure, traffic counts, density, pedestrian accommodations, open spaces/green space, businesses, etc. The visual exploration will detail the following elements within each corridor:

o Parking and Accessibility The process for selecting the project contractor is based on response to this initial Request for Qualifications. Responses will be evaluated and a shortlist of firms prepared. Firms from this shortlist will be interviewed by the Evaluation Committee.
