Scope of Work
The City of Taylor is accepting proposals from qualified contractors for interior and exterior at Taylor DPW located at, 25605 Northline Rd Taylor, MI, 48180.
Primer as need and 2 finish coats. ***Color choice will be selected at a later date.**
Removing of all old wallpaper in the DPW front office, in addition to attending to any and all drywall repairs necessary.
All interior doors and windows need to be repainted and caulked before paint can be added.
After removal of wallpaper and repairs of drywall, replace wall details with paint.
Areas include a total of (5) offices, (2) bathrooms, conference room, common area, break room, lobby, and (2) hallways.
The following areas need to be strictly repainted (no wallpaper removal necessary):
General: Back work areas, (2) hallways, women's/men's locker rooms, and all exterior metal doors and frames need to be painted, all exterior roll-up doors and frames
Water: Break room, foreman's office, bathroom, storage, garage,
DPW: (2) Break room, foreman's office, sign room, tree room
Vehicle Maintenance: foreman's office, parts room, garage
Loading dock guard rail must be sand-blasted before painted.
Exterior doors must be prep and painted.
***ATTENTION: All materials used in project must be disposed of properly through company hired. Please note and mention that the use of our mop sinks are strictly prohibited.***
