IFB-EW-05-09-2013 - Environmental Review Report (ERR)

Summary of Specifications:
On behalf of The City of Taylor, Community Development Department, HUD funded programs to include Taylor Community Development Corporation (a non-profit corporation), Taylor Cares LLC and other eligible activities; the offeror shall submit a flat rate / fee for specified services as described below: 

The Pinewood Project needs to be treated as a new construction project. New construction with federal funds requires an Environmental Assessment (24 CFR 58.36) thus requiring the completion of an Environmental Review Record (ERR). Tasks required to complete this type of Environmental Assessment (EA) include the following steps: 

The Environmental Review Record should be a well-organized written record of review, decision making, and action as required by 24 CFR 58.38 (attached). This includes HUD required forms and other required documentation.
