BID INTRODUCTION & INFORMATION

The City of Taylor, Michigan is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors for the renovation and remodeling of two of the three fire stations located within the City.

The locations of these stations are as follows:

Fire Station #2: 25303 Ecorse Rd. Taylor, MI 48180

Fire Station #3: 23747 Eureka Rd. Taylor, MI 48180

Please note that:

A 5% bid bond will be required.

A 100% performance bond will be required.

Proof of insurance will be required.

Additional layouts and floor plans will be provided.

The walk-through is mandatory and all questions must be submitted via e-mail by Monday, June 24, 2024 at 10:00am.

All Bids are due by 10:00AM ON MONDAY, JULY 8, 2024
