The City of Taylor, Wayne County Michigan, is seeking the submittal of qualifications from consulting engineering firms to provide “General Consulting Engineering Services” for the City of Taylor. The effective date of the resulting contract will be July 1, 2018, or upon City Council approval whichever is later, through June 30, 2021, with the option to renew the contract for up to an additional one (1) year period.
The DPS Director, or his designee, shall be the City employee responsible for administering any resulting contract from this selection process.
The work shall consist of the following principle items of work, but shall not be limited to:
Preparing plans, specifications and estimates of costs for construction projects such as sanitary sewers, water mains, storm water management and roads, conducting engineering investigations, preparation of reports, land surveying activities, plan review, construction inspection, and reviewing plats, plans and contract documents.
