Summary of Specifications:
Scope of Work The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a vendor to provide a comprehensive occupational health care system for the City of Taylor. The goal is to select the most capable vendor offering the most competitive price.

The following is a brief description of the required services:

• Delivery of comprehensive occupational medicine and provider services as required under the State of Michigan Workers’ Compensation Statutes and Michigan OSHA regulations.

• Clinic(s) shall provide treatment to City of Taylor employees who have sustained a job related occupational injury and/or illness, (7) seven days a week (24) hours a day including all holidays.
