RFQ-RM-2021-02-11-002 - Lakes House Bar & Grille Design Services

The City of Taylor is requesting submittal of qualifications and pricing from architectural firms to provide professional architectural design, for the following project:
 

1. Lakes House Bar & Grille:  The design and construction of the renovation of 2,500 square foot of existing restaurant, located on the second floor of Lakes of Taylor.  The project includes, but is not limited to:
   1. Color selections for painted areas
   2. Color selection for all wood finishes
   3. Material and color for a new bar top
   4. Material and color to replace the tile on the bar and fireplace faces
   5. Selections for new restaurant furniture
   6. Selections for exterior patio furniture
   7. New window treatments
   8. New ceiling fans
   1. New wall sconces
   10. Replace the existing ceiling lighting with products that match the wall sconces selected
   11. Provide a plan for a raised fixture over the bar area to house glassware, liquor and televisions. This plan will have two options that will be discussed during our pre bid meeting
   50. New wall covering in the hallway leading to the restroom
   1000. Provide a plan to turn the existing Library into a “cocktail lounge”
