The City of Taylor Central Purchasing Division is requesting a quick quote on behalf of the Lakes of Taylor Golf Course as specified below for painting of bar ceiling and bathroom area.

Project Description:

• Prep all areas, make any needed repairs and pair with two coats of paint. All Measurements listed are estimates, contractor is responsible to measuring items to be painted.
• Bar Area Approx. 2400 Sq Ft Outlined in Pink (Must be Completed on Weekend)
  • Remove all pictures
  • Patch and prep all painted surfaces
  • Apply paint to all painted surfaces
• Bathrooms/Storage Area Approx. 1500 Sq Ft Outlined in Blue (Completed any Time)
  • Remove all wall covering
  • Prep walls for paint
  • Paint all walls in both the hallway and the restrooms
• Wall Radiators.
  • Prep all painted surfaces
  • Apply paint to all painted surfaces
