IFB-RM-2014-05-09-002 - Liability (casualty) Third-party Administration Services

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Taylor, Central Purchasing Division is requesting proposals on behalf of Human Resources for liability (casualty) third-party administration services. This will be for “as needed” for various City’s departments that would be included within the scope of services include but are not limit to: the 23rd District Court, various administrative departments, Department of Public Works, Fire Department, Police Department, Parks & Recreation, Senior Services, Dial-A-Ride, etc. The contract will be starting July 16, 2014 till June 30, 2015 with the option to renew up to one additional year. The City secures Commercial General Liability, Automobile Liability, Public Officials’ Liability, Employment Practices Liability, and Law Enforcement Liability. All covered liability claims, including automobile liability, are subject to a $50,000 S.I.R. with the exception of the Law Enforcement Liability which is subject to a $100,000 S.I.R.
