   1. Regulatory Requirements: The City of Taylor shall govern submittal, opening, and award of bids.

   1. Project Location: 23555 Goddard Road Taylor, Michigan 48180.
3. Project Two Identification: City of Taylor Parks & Recreation Maintenance Building — NSA Project Number 218052.00.
   1. Project Location: Heritage Park 12111 Pardee Road Taylor, Michigan 48180.
4. Owner: City of Taylor — 23555 Goddard Road, Taylor MI. 48180

6. Project One Description: Project One consists of renovating an existing, one story, approximately 16,606 square foot Media Center Building.
   1. Project cost range is anticipated to be under Two Million Six Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2,600,000.00).
7. Project Two Description: Project Two consists of a new, one story, approximately 9,230 square foot Parks & Recreation Maintenance Building with asphalt parking lot, and related site improvement.
   1. Project cost range is anticipated to be under One Million Six Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,600,000.00).
8. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work:
