The City of Taylor to requesting Suppliers to design and construct a Memorial Scoreboard at Papp Park Major Field (9350 Westlake
Taylor MI 4810) with the following requirements. The proposals shall include the costs of delivered systems as designed, inclusive of
the equipment structures, components, hardware, detailed technical installation instructions and maintenance & operations manuals
from manufacturer.
All equipment will be assembled and installed by the Supplier.
Scoreboard shall have the following requirements:
1. A minimum scoreboard size of 8’ wide x 6’ tall.
2. Scoreboard should display: Home and Away Score, Inn, Ball, Strikes, Out, Pitch Count for each team and batter number.
3. All wireless controls to be included.
4. Engineered drawings of mounting of scoreboard.
5. Overall design should include the City of Taylor logo and In Honor of Edward Boike Jr.
6. Mounting post shall be wrapped in trim to hide all conduits.
7. Electrical must be completed by a master electrician.
8. Provide cost to run new electrical to scoreboard to code.
9. Removal of existing scoreboard
