1. The City of Taylor Summer Tax Statements (Mailed July 1) 2. The City of Taylor Winter Tax Statements (Mailed December 1) 3. Annual Paid/Unpaid Tax Roll 4. Scenario 1: Quarterly Issued Water Bills 5. Scenario 2: Bi-Monthly Issued Water Bills 6. Postage 

The agreement and service period shall commence May 01, 2012 and shall expire May 01, 2014.
