Description

The City of Taylor will select one or more qualified developer/participant (Firms) to collaborate in
a reinvestment program through acquisition/redevelopment/resale of tax-foreclosed, singlefamily
residential structures and selected commercial or vacant properties. These properties are
to be acquired from the Wayne County Treasurer's Office through the City’s Right of First
Refusal (ROFR). Properties can be both vacant and/or occupied.

The overall vision of the program is to bring all properties into compliance within a 12 month
time frame (best efforts) and to promote owner occupied home ownership.
