The City of Taylor Central Purchasing Division is requesting a quick quote on behalf of the Building and Grounds

Specifications
· Replacement of 4 light pole bases at the Taylor Senior Center 6750 Troy St, Taylor MI 48180
Saw cut and remove pavement.
Disconnect and remove light pole.
Remove and replacement light pole base.
· Per Attached Detail Sheet. Exhibit C
Reinstall and reconnect light pole.
Backfill and compact with 21AA or Class II sand.
Restore Pavement 3” MDOT 13A in 2 lifts or 6” concrete 3500 PSI.
Restripe newly paved area.
Project must be completed by November 30, 2018
