Summary of Specifications:
Specifications ● All landscaping shall be kept to the outside perimeter of the splash pad fenced in area. A small feature can be placed between the playscape, fireplace area and splash pad. 

● Plants shall mirror existing landscape in front of the main structure and must be easily maintained. ● All beds shall have edging to give break between grass area and planting beds. ● Mulch must be hard wood triple shredded. ● Products being used must be listed and renderings must be submitted with quotation. Any quotation received without product list or renderings will not be accepted. 





Budget ● A budgetary number of $7,500 to $10,000 for the completion of the splash pad landscaping project. This includes all products presented, installation and contingencies.
