Summary of Specifications:
The City of Taylor is working with severavl vendors to renovate a house and donate it to a qualified War Veteran. The house is going to be an ADA qualified house. Therefore, the front door needs an ADA ramp as well as the sidewalk to meet ADA width requirements. Additionally, there is a dead tree in the backyard that needs to be removed. Please see attached IFB for complete details.
