IFB-DG-2023-10-12-004 - TPD Cleaning Services

The City of Taylor Central Purchasing Division is requesting proposals on behalf of the Taylor Police Department for Building Cleaning Services as specified below. The contract will be for one year with the option to renew up to an additional two years.

MUST INCLUDE ORIGINAL AND 2 COPIES OF ALL FORMS WITH YOUR SUBMITTAL
GENERAL INFORMATION
 

1. The term of the agreement shall be for approximately one year, concluding November 30th, 2024, with an option to extend up to two additional years.
2. Proposal will consist of a total yearly amount to be paid (billed in monthly installments).

1. Provide complete list business references current or within past five (5) year.
2. Confirmation that Company or Parent Company must have been in business for a minimum of ten (10) years.
3. Confirmation that Company is operating out of a commercial facility.
4. Company must submit a copy of the organizations written Safety Plan.
5. Company must submit a copy of the organizations Quality Control / Customer Service Program.
6. Guarantee in writing that no portion of the work or staffing shall be sub-contracted.
7. Document in writing the number of staff currently employed at commercial facility in which the City of Taylor would be serviced, status of employment (PT/FT) and title.
8. Document in writing any specialty services or divisions available for use for additional service based projects.
