Lakes of Taylor Repairs
1) Front Entrance Areas
Repair all retaining walls to include tuck point joints were necessary, replace broke retaining wall bricks with to match existing bricks, loose retaining wall caps shall be reset securely to wall.
2) Rear Patio Area
Repair all retaining walls to include tuck point joints were necessary, replace broke retaining wall bricks with to match existing bricks, loose retaining wall caps shall be reset securely to wall.
3) On Course Repairs
Hole 1
Repairs to retaining wall near green on left side of cart path. Remove and reset bricks as needed, set top caps of retaining securely. Replace any bricks or top cap as needed to match existing.
Hole 8
Repairs to retaining wall near green on right side of cart path. Remove and reset bricks as needed, set top caps of retaining securely. Replace any bricks or top cap as needed to match existing.
Hole 14
Repairs to retaining wall near pump house. Remove and reset bricks as needed, set top caps of retaining securely. Replace any bricks or top cap as needed to match existing. (Bricks and top cap from this location can be used to repair or retaining walls.
Taylor Meadows Repairs
4) Club Grounds
Repair all retaining walls to include tuck point joints were necessary, replace broke retaining wall bricks with to match existing bricks, loose retaining wall caps shall be reset securely to wall. Repair stucco columns at entrances and shall be painted to match existing.
