The Taylor Meadows Golf Course is looking to build a new starting building pre the attached drawing.
Specifications
• General Conditions- Permits, Dumpsters, Supervision, Construction Cleaning
• Concrete- 4’’ reinforced concrete slab with 12”x42” Footing per drawings
• Exterior- Split face block stained to match club house with 2x6 framing per drawings
• Interior- Formica countertop and wall finishes per drawings
• Thermal And Moisture Protection- 24 gauge refinished standing seam metal roof, Ice and water shield, 24 gauge metal wall panels, 24 gauge metal roof fascia, & 24 gauge metal soffits
• Openings- Dark bonze commercial windows, doors and insulated overhead garage doorpaid to match building per drawings
• Finishes- Sealed concrete at all interior rooms per drawings
• Fixtures- Per Drawings
• HVAC- 1 Baseboard heaters
• Electrical- Light fixtures, outlets, & switches per drawings. Exterior lights on photo cell.
• Exterior Improvements- Removal of all spoils and site restoration including grading and seed.
