The City of Taylor welcomes the opportunity to do business with interested vendors. The City’s Central Purchasing Office is interested in fostering participation by all qualified business persons offering commodities and services that may be used by the City. The Purchasing Office has the responsibility to make the most economical acquisition of quality materials and services that will assure efficient operations of City Government. 

The City of Taylor is seeking to make a significant capital improvement to improve service to the customer and increase efficiency of the operations of the department. 

Primary objectives is to establish a comprehensive system which is able to issue bills and receive payments through a variety of technology based solutions.
