48183 until 10:00 AM local time Tuesday, February 8, 2022. If at least (3) bids are received, all bids will
be publicly opened and read at that time and place. If less than (3) bids are received, all bids will be opened
at the meeting of the Mayor & City Council on February 22, 2022.
The project primarily consists of the following:
 Removal of concrete slabs, steps, caps, and railing at south City Hall Entrance and
wheelchair access ramp.
 Installation of concrete slabs, steps, wall, caps, and railing for the south City Hall Entrance
and wheelchair access ramp.
 Add Alternate for removal and replacement of a portion of the concrete slab, step wall, and
railings at the North City Hall Entrance.
