The Project consists of the abandonment of approximately 6,500 feet of 4-inch, 6-inch, 8-inch, 10-inch, and 12-inch
water main, and the installation of approximately 7,700 feet of 12-inch water main along West Jefferson Avenue
from King Road to Sibley Road, along Sibley Road between West Jefferson Avenue and just west of the CN and
Conrail railroad tracks, along Helen Avenue between West Jefferson Avenue and the west end of Helen Avenue,
and along Dwight Street between West Jefferson Avenue and the west end of Dwight Street, in accordance with
the Bidding Documents prepared by the ENGINEER.
