ITB-COT 16-08 - Abandoned Property Mowing

Summary of Specifications:
Sealed bid proposals to FURNISH ALL LABOR, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, TRANSPORTATION, AND LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR MOWING ABANDONED PROPERTIES FOR THREE (3) YEARS WITH AN OPTION TO RENEW FOR TWO (2) ADDITIONAL YEARS will be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084 until 10:00 A.M. EST, FEBRUARY 18, 2016 after which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Troy City Offices. Bid responses are not accepted via fax transmission. Late bid submittals will not be accepted. 

A cashier’s check, certified check, money order, in the amount of $1,000.00 must accompany the bid to insure the bid. The three lowest bidders will have their bid surety returned after the bid award. BID BONDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. The bid deposit of the successful bidder will be retained as a performance surety until successful completion of all contract requirements. All other bidders will have their bid deposits returned after the bid has been opened at least 72 hours.
