Sealed bid proposals for ONE (1) YEAR REQUIREMENTS OF ASPHALT PAVING MATERIAL – HOT PATCH WITH AN OPTION TO RENEW FOR ONE ADDITIONAL YEAR will be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084 until THURSDAY, April 2, 2015 at 10:00 A.M., EST after which time they will be recorded and read publicly in the Troy City Offices. Late bid submittals will not be accepted. Bid responses are not accepted via mail or fax transmission. Asphalt Paving Material – Hot Patch bid as ITB-COT 15-09 is being re-bid. Proximity is no longer predicated upon MDOT requirements. Actual proximity and plant location will be taken into consideration when selecting the vendor.
