Summary of Specifications:
The City is seeking proposals for the provision of the following banking services: Depository and Collection Services, Lockbox Services, Consumer Online Banking Bill Payment Consolidation Option, Monthly Statement and Account Analysis, Online Banking Services, Account Reconciliation Services, Positive Pay Services, ACH/Direct Deposit Services, Vault Services, Purchasing Card Services, Merchant Services, and Investment Services. A bank must be designated by the City as a qualified depository for public funds pursuant to Michigan Public Act 88 (1979). Banks not currently a designated qualified depository MUST BE SO DESIGNATED BY THE TROY CITY COUNCIL PRIOR TO BEING AWARDED THIS CONTRACT. Six (6) copies of the complete package shall be submitted at the time of proposal submission.
