Summary of Specifications:
Sealed bid proposals for the CITY OF TROY HALL OF JUSTICE BOILER REPLACEMENT PROJECT will be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for TUESDAY, MARCH 15, 2011 at 1:00 PM EDT at the City of Troy Hall of Justice, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, MI 48084. Boiler will be available for inspection during this meeting. A cashier’s check, certified check, or money order in the amount of 10% of the bid amount must accompany the bid to insure the bid. BID BONDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. This project is funded through the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. As such, submission of a bid proposal for this project is prima facie evidence that the prospective vendor will comply with all the requirements imposed through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
