Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals to complete the CITY OF TROY CONCRETE PAVEMENT REPAIR PROGRAM FOR LOCAL, MAJOR, AND INDUSTRIAL ROADS WITH AN OPTION TO RENEW FOR TWO (2) ADDITIONAL ONE-YEAR PERIODS will be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084. A cashier’s check, certified check, or money order in the amount of $10,000.00 must accompany the bid to insure the bid. The top four (4) bidders will have their bid surety returned after the bid award. BID BONDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. The bid surety will be returned to the successful bidder(s) upon submission of the specified acceptable Performance, Labor and Materials Payment, and one-year Maintenance Bonds in accordance with specifications. All other bidders will have their bid deposits returned after at least 72 hours from the bid opening time. If your bid is not to be broken up by proposal and based on an all or none award, please indicate this on your bid proposal under the “Exceptions” section, page 12 of 12.
