ITB-COT 14-10 - Concrete Slab Replacement Program

Summary of Specifications:
Sealed bid proposals to complete the CITY OF TROY CONCRETE SLAB REPLACEMENT PROGRAM FOR LOCAL AND MAJOR ROADS WITH AN OPTION TO RENEW FOR TWO (2) ADDITIONAL ONE-YEAR PERIODS will be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084 until THURSDAY, March 27, 2014 at 10:00 AM EDT, after which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Troy City Offices. Bid responses are not accepted via fax transmission. A cashier’s check, certified check, or money order in the amount of $30,000.00 must accompany the bid to insure the bid. The top three (3) bidders will have their bid surety returned after the bid award. BID BONDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. The bid surety will be returned to the successful bidder(s) upon submission of the specified acceptable Performance, Labor and Material Payment, and two-year Maintenance Bonds in accordance with specifications. All other bidders will have their bid deposits returned at least 72 hours from the bid opening date.
