Summary of Specifications:
Sealed bid proposals to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to remove and install new FENCING FOR THE CITY OF TROY JAYCEE PARK BALL DIAMONDS will be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084. A cashier’s check, certified check, or money order in the amount of 5% of the bid amount must accompany the bid to insure the bid. The three lowest bidders will have their bid surety returned after the bid award. BID BONDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. Bidders should examine the site to determine the amount of work to be done in accordance with the specifications. If a bidder does not make a site inspection, that bidder accepts full responsibility and risk for any errors or omissions in his/her bid proposal.
