RFP-COT 15-15 - Food Concessions

Summary of Specifications:
The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to offer experienced Companies or Organizations specializing in the operation of profitable food concessions management an opportunity to submit a detailed proposal for seasonal requirements of concession stand operations for Boulan, Firefighter’s and or Flynn Park. The City of Troy will consider Proposals for any or one of the afore mentioned parks that clearly state how the proposed concession operation will: 

1. Benefit the citizens of Troy 2. Enhance the City of Troy’s Parks and Recreation offerings 3. Financially benefit the City of Troy 4. Not increase the burden and scope of City management
