Sealed proposals for the CITY OF TROY SIDEWALK REPLACEMENT AND INSTALLATION PROGRAM, AND MANHOLE REHABILITATION FOR ONE (1) YEAR (2016-2017) WITH AN OPTION TO RENEW FOR TWO (2) ADDITIONAL ONE (1) YEAR PERIODS will be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk, 500 W.
