Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals for an INTEGRATED LIBRARY SYSTEM will be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084. Eight (8) copies of the complete package shall be submitted at the time of proposal submission. A cashier’s check, certified check, or money order for 5% of the total proposal amount must accompany the proposal to insure the proposal. BID BONDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. Upon award to the successful bidder, the bid deposit will be retained as a performance bond until successful completion of all the contract requirements. Unsuccessful bidders will have their security deposit returned after proposal award.
