Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals to provide professional consultant services to conduct a comprehensive needs assessment and feasibility study for the Troy Public Library will be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084.
Seven (7) copies of the complete package shall be submitted at the time of proposal submission.

The consultant will be given no more than four (4) months to perform the assessment. The work shall commence as soon as possible with the finalized results and recommendation completed no later than February 1, 2008. A work schedule shall be provided to Cathleen Russ, Library Director. Ms. Russ shall approve the work schedule prior to the start of the project. The completion date is non-negotiable and must be met in order to ensure the referendum be placed on the August 2008 primary election ballot.
IMPORTANT: A bidder must submit with their proposal the required insurance certificate(s) or a letter from their insurance agent or carrier that the insurance to be supplied will meet specifications. A bidder will be considered non-qualified if an acceptable insurance certificate(s) or letter is not received with the proposal documents.
